Generally we welcome re-textures of our original content using provided templates, we reserve the right to enforce our IP rights at our own discretion upon certain or all files, in accordance, but not limited to, the original author's desire.

Cracking or reverse engineering the files to obtain textures and materials will be considered a breach of this EULA.

If you wish to re texture any addon please contact the RKSL Team directly where we at our discretion may provide templates to help you do so.

License Terms

1 The Licensor hereby grants to You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, License for Non-Commercial use and for the duration of copyright in the Work

You may:

1. Copy the PBO Archives for the purpose of non commercial gaming.
2. Copy the PBO Archives as incorporated in any Collective Work; and distribute, archive, perform or otherwise disseminate the Work or the Work as incorporated in any Collective Work, to the public in any material form in any media whether now known or hereafter created.

You may NOT:

1. reverse engineer or incorporate the Work into one or more Collective Works without permission;
2. sub-license the Work;
3. make any Derivative Works;
4. commercially exploit the Work in anyway;
5. subject the Work to any derogatory treatment as defined in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

7. use this software with any military training software created by BIA/BISim software. Eg: VBS Simulation Series.

2.5 RKSL Studios operates under a strict "No Monetisation" Policy. Any monies paid in exchange for access or any sort of direct in-game return or incentive to be a breach of the above non-commercial clause of the EULA. Here are a few of the most common occurring offenses (by no means exhaustive list):

• charging players specific amounts to access or have priority while connecting to a server
• charging players for specific in-game perks (be it cosmetic or otherwise)
• selling in-game items, in-game currency or any sort of gamemode experience points
• product placement or endorsements
• setting a term donation goal that will lead to in-game benefits (perks, items and/or in-game currency)
• Operation of any commerically profitable server. Where "Donations" exceed reasonable costs

The unauthorised porting of our Work to any other games or game engines other than thier original game engine is expressly forbidden. This is covered under the No Derivatives clause.

5. Termination

The rights granted to You under this License shall terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the terms of this License. Individuals or entities who have received Collective Works from You under this License, however, will not have their Licenses terminated provided such individuals or entities remain in full compliance with those Licenses.

6.2. This Licence constitutes the entire Licence Agreement between the parties with respect to the Work licensed here.
